DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION
GSI Italia operates overseas capillary through supportive actions and socio-economic promotion. The organization follows iprinciples of international cooperation, which emerged as a government expression after the Second World War with the first UN conferences. Since the end of the 20th century, it has been supported and supported by a strong system of values and formnon-governmental as a legitimate representation of civil society. International cooperation activities deal with the transfer of financial resources, services, goods and technical assistance from a government or public body of a developed country to a developing country; while non-governmental cooperation is largely unconnected with national political-economic interests and is mainly based on requests from civil society.GSI Italia has been engaged for years in developing development and assistance projects in developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Support activities are divided intopromotion of gender social partners in relation to disadvantaged women, prevention and care in the medical field of specific pathologies and distance adoptions.
