Between Gaza and Lebanon: the humanitarian effort continues

The difficulty in gaining access to Gaza with medical teams and supplies is currently limiting GSI Italia’s activities to the remote training of paramedical staff and the provision of specialist advice to doctors working in the Strip. On another current hotspot – Lebanon, ravaged by the brutality of the Israeli army with hundreds of deaths a day and the destruction of villages and the capital Beirut itself – the presence of Italian military personnel as part of the UNIFIL mission has enabled us to send medicines to MTC4L at the RSC (Religion & Security Council), which is doing its utmost, in collaboration with the Italian military, to assist the Lebanese population.
