GSI Italia has obtained the task, for 2016/2017 by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, to promote the development of local and international solidarity programs,in the regions of Umbria and Marche, stimulating the participation and networking of local regional associations.For this purpose the project wants to:
- Promote a concrete space of sharing between the associations, with a final moment in a seminar, whose thematic horizon will be summarized in the title “Local and International Solidarity between Fundraising and Education in Sustainable Development”. The process will allow to share and perfect for the common benefit: the respective raising and management programs’ skills and the development of a didactic and pedagogical model to spend in a productive and efficient way among young people.
- Training for trainers (50): teachers and university students (Perugia and Camerino), who come from socio-pedagocical faculties, with the collaboration of Volunteer Service Centers and the release of recognized training credits.
- Training sessions in schools (150): they are involved from the associations of the two regions in the promotion of social local and international volunteering activities, seeking a direct role of the students in the organization of events and initiatives.
