Fight against hunger in the Democratic Repulic of Congo

From December 2016 GSI Italia will start, in the rural region on the margins of the Kinshasa capital, the agricultural development project in favor of local populations, which have serious difficulties for poverty and the lack of agricultural products at sustainable cost. The project will cultivate, through the local population, uncultivated or under-utilized land, first by forming the agricultural capacities of the beneficiaries and after making them available small microfinance funds for the purchase of seeds and equipment, the start for agricultural installation and the transformation and conservation of earth products.
