It is the fourth in a series exploring the theme of environmental and food sustainability. The film, which is highly engaging in both its narrative and visuals, tackles the issues of agricultural waste and hunger, the flip side of consumption, and the frequent destruction of the ecosystem that goes hand in hand with it. It takes as its example the South Ubangi region in northern Congo, where GSI Italia has been operating for three years.
