A handbook and a CD-Rom describes the work carried out by GSI ITALIA in 2006 in Romania as far as fair tourism is concerned. The association promoted a new form of accommodation, that is farm holydays. This form represents a niche economy, booming everywhere, but almost unknown in Prahova Region. In Italy, on the other hand, and especially in regions such as Umbria the Marches and Tuscany, this kind of tourism is particularly renowned
Sponsorship and support for projects focused on development.
In the South of the world, there are millions of children who live in dire straits and, as they do not have access to education, they live on the edge of survival. Sponsorship is a way to express your own solidarity towards one of those children, their families and community.
